Corrections and archive sources
Include the page address, the statement you believe needs changing and a public primary source where possible. For historical material, include its title, author or publisher, date and original address if you know them. Explain whether you are pointing to an existing public resource or offering material you have permission to share.
Do not email private client reports, live passwords, access tokens, personal attendee lists or evidence from an active incident. A short description and a public source are usually enough to begin a correction.
Website and accessibility problems
Tell us the affected page, what you were trying to do and what happened. If relevant, include your browser, device and assistive technology. You do not need to provide personal medical information to report an accessibility barrier.
Current events and urgent assistance
Crestcon is an independent reference publication. It does not organise current conferences, supply tickets or handle certification enquiries. Use CREST's current event information for the organiser's details.
