Practical worksheets and learning notes
Download editable security-test scoping, incident-exercise and conference-learning templates, each with instructions and a worked example.
Use these resources to prepare a discussion, plan a bounded exercise or record what you have learned. Each includes instructions, a blank worksheet and a worked example on the page, plus editable Markdown and CSV downloads.
The downloads work locally in a text editor or spreadsheet application. This website does not collect or save your completed worksheets. Use your own approved storage for sensitive operational information.
Choose a resource
| Resource | Best used when | What it helps you produce |
|---|---|---|
| Security-test scope worksheet | You are preparing to commission an assessment | A discussion draft covering assets, permissions, boundaries, deliverables and open questions |
| Incident-exercise planner | You have a response plan and want to examine a specific decision | An exercise brief, timed prompts, observation record and improvement actions |
| Conference-learning notes | You are attending a session or reviewing surviving material | A source-linked record of claims, evidence, limits and a follow-up task |
Print or edit
Print the HTML page if you prefer to work on paper. Download Markdown for a document-style record or CSV for a spreadsheet. In the CSV files, the response column is intentionally blank and the example column shows the intended level of detail. Keep those examples clearly separate from your own facts.
The scoping worksheet is a planning aid; a completed copy is not permission to test a system. The exercise planner describes a discussion exercise and does not instruct participants to change live systems. Read each resource's boundary notes before adapting it.
These original templates are published by Serallo Domains Ltd for Crestcon. You may copy and adapt them for your own organisation's planning and learning. Keep a link to the source when sharing an adapted version, and distinguish your changes from the published example.
